Discussions and information on the key issues facing players, teams, leagues, doctors, and trainers regarding spinal injury, head injuries and brain trauma in sports. Panel include commentary from Medical Physicians, Rehabilitation Specialist, Athletic Trainers and retired professional athletes about spinal cord injury, concussion, and traumatic brain injury awareness and prevention amongst players.
The Symposium is open to all healthcare professionals and sports professionals who treat athletes who have suffered a spinal injury, traumatic brain injury, or concussion including physicians, nurses, athletic trainers, rehabilitation therapist, phycologist and entities who deal with these injuries to include school administrators, athletic directors, youth organization administrators , sports official and parents.
